PUAKO are suitable for vegan foodies, so 100% plant-based! Instead of mayonnaise, we use corn and soy to make the sauce creamy. Excellent replacements, if we say so ourselves! The vegan sauce market is growing enormously and we are proud to be the first supplier to offer a sauce for sushi and pokébowl.
