About PUAKO

Puako was Founded in 2019 by Justin Eveleens who is very passionate about healthy and sustainable food. Justin found a young team to collaborate on his mission and believes that we need a sustainable and healthy world for a bright future.

From this perspective and with the love of food in their hearts and minds they ventured out to create these inspirational sauces. Justin was inspired with the rising popularity of Poke Bowl around 2018-2019. The food concept of Poke Bowl was very fitting to use as inspiration to make a sauce with multiple applications in mind. From this perspective he started to work on their first sauce. Finally after an intensive period of trial and error they created these 6 sauces which can be used for a multitude of other dishes. All Vegan, all natural and all very tasty!
