Our sauces are geared towards satisfying customers who are looking for high quality and flavour intensive sauces which are made from quality ingredients which not contain animal products. Our sauces are 100% vegan and contain 100% vegetable products.
We use genuine Japanese Miso, fresh fruit juices. We use corn starch to achieve a texture which is thick enough to be able to be used on rice but not too thin to saturate the rice.
FSSC 22000
Our production site is FSSC 22000 certified since 22000 and is based in the Netherlands.
Plant based sauce
PUAKO are suitable for vegan foodies, so 100% plant-based! Instead of mayonnaise, we use corn and soy to make the sauce creamy. Excellent replacements, if we say so ourselves! The vegan sauce market is growing enormously and we are proud to be the first supplier to offer a sauce for sushi and pokébowl.
